Laura is a Project Associate at Derwent, based in Melbourne, working alongside Andrew McEncroe and Sarah-Jane Dartnell in the Public Sector practice.

With over nine years at Derwent, Laura brings deep knowledge of project administration and service delivery to every engagement. She has developed genuine expertise in the unique requirements of public sector appointments, understanding the rigour, stakeholder complexity, and probity standards that these searches demand.

Laura manages every aspect of the project lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation and candidate coordination through to shortlist presentations and post-assignment close-out, ensuring clients and candidates experience a seamless, high-quality process from start to finish. Derwent's client feedback consistently recognises her professionalism, communication, and energy as hallmarks of an exceptional service experience.

Prior to rejoining Derwent in 2022, Laura held positions in executive assistance, office management, and administration across professional services environments.
